Virtual Team Working
RM3 is a browser based system that provides a “virtual account room” for all of your account team members for accounts on the RM3 system.
- Each room has access to the data required to manage the account. This could be held on a current CRM facility with feeds into RM3 or held on RM3’s own database.
- Account rooms have a range of tools available to enable the team to be proactive in account planning.
- All team members have access rights, can post messages, call meetings, be involved in problem solving or planning sessions… all on a virtual basis.
- Account team members have more client facing time with account team meeting costs and time reduced.
