Managing the Operation
The management audit function within RM3 enables you to track activities and tasks, and produce a vast range of customised reports.
- Automatic monitoring of key tasks . The management systems included in RM3 will ensure that agreed actions are tracked and logged through to completion, taking escalation procedures where necessary.
- Account status system . You can set the key criteria – for example number of customer issues, time outstanding, changes in account spend etc – against which RM3 will define the account status and trigger flags and reports.
- Performance reports . RM3 can produce performance reports by account, country or region showing a range of plan -v- actual data. It will also measure criteria that are unique to account management and not found in traditional sales operations.
