Different Levels of Functionality

RM3 is designed for account managers – be they managing major, national, strategic or global accounts.

Our view is that account management is “no one thing”. Account managers have to deal with a range of organisations in terms of size, complexity and resources required.

A concern of users of many IT systems is that they are paying for functionality that they do not use. Not with RM3. With different levels of functionality you can define what is required to enable your account managers to be more effective on an account basis. For example, the demands of a system to enable effective management of a national account may be less than for a global account. RM3 gives you this flexibility.
