But we defined where we could add value, specifically in the sales arena to enable our Clients to develop sales effectiveness. We had all spent our lives in large corporate sales environments.
As we progressed through to senior positions we developed an understanding of the strategic and well as the tactical practical issues faced by sales organisations
Hence, as consultants our focus has been on the sales function, and sales results. On realising the limitations of being only a training provider, we developed our team to provide a holistic approach. From this came our DNA consulting model, and the sales operating framework of the 5XS.
