Account Planning

RM3 has a comprehensive account planning process and set of tools developed from best practice research. RM3 is designed as a practical, flexible tool for account managers, not as a bureaucratic system.

A set of expert tools , including strategy builder, customer value matrices, relationship level analysis and SWOTS. Some tools have auto functions. Using artificial intelligence technology and links to internal and external experts, RM3 provides total support to the account manager.
